1 lb. Ground Pork
1 Whole Onion (Diced)
2 Celery Stalks (Diced)
3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
1 Large Rustic Potato (chopped or Mashed)
1 Tbsp Bell’s Poultry Seasoning
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Water
1 Egg (egg-wash)
