1-2 small pork tenderloins
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 c orange juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T coconut aminos
1½ c orange marmalade
1 T balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 T gf cornstarch

Brown pork tenderloin in olive oil and butter until brown on all sides in a heavy bottomed, oven proof skillet.

Mix orange juice, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the browned meat.

Bake in covered pan at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes or until it has an internal temperature of 165°F (73.8°C).

Thicken juices with gluten free cornstarch if desired.

Serve sauce over sliced tenderloin.
