Bring the brine to a boil and stir until the salt is dissolved.

Allow the brine to cool.

Pour the cooled brine over the beef brisket in a container and refrigerate for 10 days.

After 10 days, rinse off the brined beef brisket.

Place a trivet in the instant pot and add the beef brisket on top.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of pickling spice blend over the brisket.

Pour in 4 cups of beef broth.

Close the instant pot and set it to manual high pressure for 90 minutes.
