1 kilo boneless chicken (chopped)
200 grams chicken liver
1 & ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 & ½ tablespoons calamansi juice
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 large onion (minced)
1 small carrot (chopped)
2 small potatoes (chopped)
5 pieces hot dogs (chopped)
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 piece chicken broth cube
3 – 5 pieces dried bay leaves
1 & ½ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sugar to taste
½ cup green and red bell pepper (chopped)
¼ cup raisins
Oil for sauteing

In a bowl, mix together chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon calamansi juice. Marinade for 30 minutes.

Prepare the liver by mixing this with ½ tablespoon soy sauce and ½ tablespoon calamansi juice. Let this marinade for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat some oil and saute the potatoes and carrots until lightly browned. Set aside.

Cook the hotdogs in the same pan until lightly browned, then take this out.

In the same pan, saute liver until it changes color. Take these out and set aside.

Saute garlic, onion, and chicken with the marinade until the chicken changes color and the water starts to come out.

Mix in tomato paste, then mix in the tomato sauce, broth cube, bay leaves, and water. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes at medium heat.

Add in the cooked liver, potatoes, carrots, hot dogs, and mix well. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Taste and add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.

Stir in bell peppers and raisins. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
