Add water, sugar, and a little bit of salt to a bowl.
Add diced rosemary and olive oil to the bowl.
Mix in the yeast well.

The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator; it should have bubbles and jiggles.
Oil the pan and spread the dough out in it.

Top the dough with roasted garlic and rosemary, keeping it simple.
