Preheat the oven to 170° C.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, Corn Flakes, shredded coconut, almonds, walnuts, and cinnamon.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet evenly.
Bake in the oven for around 8 to 10 minutes at 170° C or until slightly toasted, but not dark brown.
In a bowl, mix together melon seeds, sesame seeds, and flax seeds.
Add any other seeds of your choice, like pumpkin seeds and chia seeds, to the bowl.
After 5 minutes, add the seeds to the baking sheet and stir everything well.
While the oats and seeds are toasting, mix yogurt with honey and vanilla in a separate bowl.
In another bowl, mix together bananas, strawberries, kiwis, apple, and pomegranate seeds.
If desired, add a teaspoon of honey to the fruits if they are not sweet enough and keep aside.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mixture cool down completely.
Once cooled, add golden raisins, black raisins, and chocolate chips to the mixture.
In a glass or jar, layer 3 tablespoons of yogurt as the first layer.
Add a layer of the toasted mixture on top of the yogurt, drizzling a little honey over it.
Spread the chopped fruits as the third layer, evening it out.
Repeat the layering process with yogurt, the toasted mixture, and finally top with lots of fruits.
