1 tablespoon dried onions
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground white pepper

2 pork loin chops (weighing about 700g/1.5lbs total)

Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
