1 tsp salt
½ lemon juice
1 onion
2 green chillies
¼ cup coriander leaves
25 whole cashew nuts (soaked)
1 inch ginger
8 garlic cloves
½ tbsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
1 cup curd
1 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp kasuri methi
3 tbsp butter
1 inch ginger (julienne)
1 green chilli (slit)
¼ cup coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
