Garlic Albacore Sashimi

7 oz sashimi-grade albacore tuna
2 cloves garlic
1 scallion
1 inch ginger
1 Tbsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp soy sauce
tobiko or masago for garnish (optional)

Slice the garlic and scallion.

Grate the ginger.

In a small saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Cook the garlic on low heat.

Add the soy sauce and turn off the heat after mixing.

Slice the albacore into 1/4 inch slices.

Plate the tuna on a serving plate and brush with the garlic sauce.

Top with scallion and ginger and garnish with tobiko.
