2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon Korean beef stock powder
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups water
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Chop green onion into bite-sized pieces.

Slice half or a quarter of an onion into thin strips.

Make the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp of Korean chili pepper flakes, 2.5 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of Korean chili paste, 2 tbsp of corn syrup, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of mirin, 1 tbsp of Korean beef stock powder, 1 tbsp of chicken powder, a few shakes of black pepper, and 1 tbsp of ramen powder in a bowl.

In a wok, add 200 g of rice cakes, half of the fish cakes, half of the green onions, 3 cups of water, and the sauce. Stir and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt or soy sauce if needed.

Add the remaining fish cakes, vegetables, ramen noodles, and a hard-boiled egg to the wok and let it boil for about 4 minutes.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with green onions.
