1

Add 250 grams of minced beef to a bowl with rice flour.

2

Add salt and black pepper to the mixture.

3

Add a little bit of water to the mixture and mix with hands.

4

Continue adding water gradually until the mixture becomes doughy, using approximately 2 mugs of water.

5

Once the mixture can be rolled into a ball and sticks together, set aside.

6

Place a pot on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

7

Add the remaining 250 grams of minced beef to the pot and stir.

8

Add black pepper and salt to the beef and stir for about 4.5 minutes.

9

Add diced onions and fry until golden, stirring for about 4-5 minutes.

10

Add chopped parsley and turmeric to the beef mixture and stir for about 30 seconds.

11

Set the stuffing aside to cool.

12

Once the stuffing has cooled, take some of the dough and roll it into a ball.

13

Make a hole in the ball and add stuffing to the center, not too much, then seal it and roll it back into a ball.

14

Repeat the process for all the dough.

15

Add vegetable oil and tomato paste to a pot and place on the stove.

16

Add garlic and stir for about 1 minute.

17

Add turmeric and the rest of the salt, stirring to combine.

18

Add chopped coriander and green chilies, stirring to mix.

19

Add citric acid and stir for about 2 minutes.

20

Add water and lemon juice to the pot and stir.

21

Taste the mixture and adjust salt and lemon juice as needed.

22

Bring the mixture to a boil.

23

Once boiling, gently add the stuffed dumplings to the pot, ensuring space between each piece.

24

Leave the dumplings to cook for 20 minutes to solidify, then lower the heat and cook for about 45 minutes.

25

After about 70 minutes, add the boiled white turnips and leave for 3-4 minutes before serving.
