Flaxseed meal is a great egg substitute for binding.
Heat 2 cups of milk in a saucepan until warm.
Blend pineapple to a crushed consistency since crushed pineapple is not available.
Add the crushed pineapple to the warm milk and stir.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of custard powder to the mixture, stirring to combine.
Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well, adjusting thickness to preference.
Add a splash of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of butter, mixing until combined.
Let the custard mixture boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, add 225 g of butter and microwave for 20-25 seconds until softened.
Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the butter and cream together until combined.
Add 4 egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
Add 4 cups of flour to the mixture and 3 teaspoons of baking powder, mixing until crumbly.
Add 1/2 cup of milk to the crumbly mixture and combine well using hands.
Butter a baking dish thoroughly, making sure to get into the corners.
Transfer the crust mixture into the baking dish, starting from the sides and working towards the middle.
Use a fork to poke holes throughout the crust.
Bake the crust in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
While the crust is baking, prepare the whipped cream by blending 473 ml of cream for less than a minute.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the whipped cream and blend until combined.
Chop peanuts finely for topping and open a can of peaches for decoration.
Once the crust is ready, let it cool for 10-15 minutes before adding the custard and toppings.
