1

In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, and yeast, and whisk until well blended.

2

Make a well in the center and add melted butter, warmed milk, and eggs. Stir until it resembles a dough.

3

Knead the dough by hand for 8 minutes or use a stand mixer for 10 minutes.

4

Oil a clean glass bowl with canola oil and place the dough inside, cover with oiled plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour in a warm spot.

5

Melt one stick of unsalted butter and combine with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

6

Generously brush the bundt pan with melted butter and coat with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

7

After the dough has risen, brush half of the melted butter onto the dough and shape it into a rectangle.

8

Cut the dough into 10 strips and then into 45 pieces to shape into balls.

9

Cover with aluminum foil and let rise for 20-25 minutes.

10

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar, remaining melted butter, and vanilla extract, and simmer.

11

Pour the brown sugar butter coating over the dough balls in the bundt pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.

12

Optional: make a vanilla glaze by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until desired consistency is reached.

13

After baking, let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan and pour the glaze over the top.
