1

Warm 1 cup of Keto milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds until just warm.

2

In a bowl, combine the warm milk, 1 tablespoon of inulin, 1 tablespoon of yeast, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and cover to set aside.

3

In another bowl, combine 2 egg whites and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

4

After 10 minutes, add the milk mixture to the egg and butter mixture.

5

Add 1/2 cup of keto brown sugar and mix well.

6

Pour in 3 cups of keto flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix until fully incorporated into a sticky dough.

7

Flour your hands and form the dough into balls about 2 inches in size, rolling them in 1/2 stick of melted butter.

8

Mix 1 cup of sweetener with 4 teaspoons of cinnamon and roll each dough ball in this mixture before placing them in the bottom of a greased bundt pan.

9

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the monkey bread for 30 to 35 minutes.

10

While baking, prepare the glaze by melting 1 cup of allulose and mixing it with 2 tablespoons of the previously made Keto milk. Set aside to cool.

11

After baking, let the monkey bread cool for 5 to 10 minutes before attempting to invert it onto a plate.

12

Use a silicone spatula and a butter knife to ensure the monkey bread is not stuck to the sides before inverting it.

13

Glaze the monkey bread once it has cooled and serve.
