100g smoked Slovak klobasa sausage
100g smoked pancetta
150g pork shoulder
500g sauerkraut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice berries
1 large bay leaf
2 tsps paprika
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
5 prunes
100g mushrooms
lard for frying
