1

Welcome to the K show; today we're making a super easy garlic sauce vegetable stir-fry.

2

For the recipe, we need 5 cloves of garlic, which is about one clove per cup of vegetables used.

3

We're using a mix of broccoli, carrots, snap peas, onions, and bell peppers, but feel free to mix up whatever vegetables you like.

4

Thicken the sauce with cornstarch; you can also use tapioca or potato starch.

5

Add vegetable broth or vegetable stock to the mix.

6

At the end, we'll add sesame oil for flavor.

7

Using a wok is preferred for high heat cooking, but you can use any pan if you don't have a wok.

8

Use an oil that can withstand high temperatures, like vegetable oil; avoid coconut oil as it can start a fire.

9

Stir-fry the vegetables until cooked to your liking, then add the sauce and mix well.

10

Serve hot, optionally with rice.
