red bell peppers

Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan.
Chop and add 1 big onion to the pan, letting it fry.
Add 5 crushed garlic cloves and let that fry as well.
Add 1 cube of shrimp paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a dash of black pepper.
Chop 4 big tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the pan, cooking for about 5 minutes until soft.
Stir in 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar and 4 chopped ajumas (hot peppers).
Mix everything and let it cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
