Cut the boerewors into small chunks and do the same with the beef.
Heat a cast iron skillet and add cooking oil.
Add the beef and a teaspoon of salt, cooking until golden brown.
Add a cup of water and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
Continue frying after the water has cooked through until the beef is golden on all sides.
Slice the cabbage greens into thin slices.
Add the boerewors to the beef and fry together for about 5 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of medium curry powder and chopped onions, frying for another 5 minutes until golden and aromatic.
Add tomatoes (fresh, tinned, or purée) and let simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add the green cabbage leaves and mix well, frying for 5 minutes.
