Rub the beef chuck roasts with a little canola oil to help the spices stick.
Season the roasts with celery salt, herbs de Provence, garlic powder, and a little salt on both sides.
Chop the garlic clove into three pieces and push them into the meat.
Pour 14 ounces of beef broth into the crockpot.
Add the cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups into the beef broth, mixing well.
Break up the chicken-flavored bouillon cube and add it to the mixture.
Add both packets of onion soup mix to the mixture.
Pour in 1/4 cup of marsala cooking wine.
Add about 1 tablespoon of Kitchen Bouquet to darken the sauce.
Mix all ingredients in the crockpot until well combined.
Nestle the seasoned roasts into the mixture in the crockpot.
Place the remaining onions on top of the roasts.
Cover the crockpot and set it to cook for six hours.
After six hours, check the roast for tenderness.
