15-20 black peppercorns

1 piece ginger (approximately 11 inches)
5-6 whole garlic cloves

Heat 100 ml of cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat until hot.

Add 2 whole chickens (1 kg each) that are cleaned and washed, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they change color.

Pour in 5 liters of water and add ginger, garlic, black pepper, cinnamon, salt, and fresh turmeric.

Bring to a boil over high heat for 4-5 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the foam rises.

Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, allowing it to simmer for 1 hour, checking occasionally.

After 1 hour, check the chicken for tenderness; it should be fully cooked and tender.

Strain the broth into another pot, separating the chicken from the liquid.

Shred the chicken into smaller pieces and return it to the broth.

Garnish with boiled eggs and black pepper powder before serving.
