50 g cornstarch
500 ml liquid (water or lemonade)
rose water
lemon zest
sugar
ice cubes
rose cordial
ice cream

Dilute 50 g of cornstarch in 500 ml of liquid.

Add preferred amount of water and rose water to reach 500 ml.

Stir the mixture while cold.

Bring the pot to a boil, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.

Once thickened, pour into a glass container and let cool slightly.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Cut into small cubes and serve with ice cream and lemonade.
