Start by gathering the ingredients: croutons, green bell pepper, Vidalia onion, celery, butter, garlic, onion powder, ground sage, black pepper, salt, and chicken broth.
Prepare your turkey wings by boiling them until tender, about 1 hour and 35 minutes, and reserve the broth for later use.
Ensure your hands are clean before starting the preparation.
Chop the celery, green bell pepper, and Vidalia onion into small pieces.
In a large skillet, heat a little vegetable oil and about 1.5 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the chopped celery, green bell pepper, and onion to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are soft and the onions are translucent.
While the vegetables are cooking, shred the tender turkey meat from the boiled turkey wings, discarding the bones and skin.
Mix the shredded turkey meat into the sautéed vegetables once they are cooked.

Pour in enough chicken broth to moisten the mixture without making it soggy, adjusting as needed based on the consistency you prefer.
Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, ground sage, black pepper, and salt to taste, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
