scallion – 2 stalks
cooking oil – 3 tbsp
soy sauce – 3 tbsp
sesame oil – 1 tbsp
salt – to taste
ground chili pepper – to taste

Chop up finely onion and carrot.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of cooking oil and fry the onion, carrot and green peas until readiness for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Salt to taste and add the ground chili pepper to the veggies, stir and push aside the fried vegetables to the half of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs onto the second half of it and fry until readiness over medium heat, stirring constantly, and then combine with the vegetables.

Add cooked rice and combine.

Add sesame oil and soy sauce and combine.

Switch the heat off, add chopped scallion, combine and serve your fried rice to the table.
