Shape each piece into a bun or twist, placing on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Let the shaped buns rise for another 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
