Roast 2 and a half cups of grated coconut until slightly golden brown.

In a mixer, add the roasted coconut, roasted red chillies, and roasted sesame seeds.

Add 2 garlic pods to the mixer.

Add salt to taste.

Grind everything in the mixer until coarse in texture.

Check if the chutney is done and loosen it in the mixer.
