How to Make Air Fryer Salmon

Trout is a lean fish with similar flavor; canned salmon is budget-friendly.

Avocado oil has a higher smoke point; canola oil is often less expensive.

Preheat your Air Fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (or 390 degrees Fahrenheit) while you get everything else ready.

Pat dry your salmon fillets with paper towels and trim any loose hanging bits.

Add the oil and lemon to your salmon fillets and spread them all over.

Sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder on all sides of the fish.

Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius (or 390 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5-8 minutes depending on the thickness of your fillets. You'll know your salmon is done when it reaches the internal temperature of 51 C or 125 F.

Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
