1

Start by using 1 lb 4 oz of Atlantic salmon cut into four pieces.

2

Make a rub by combining 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp thyme, and 1 tbsp paprika.

3

Rinse and pat dry the salmon to remove moisture.

4

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and rub it in to coat fully.

5

Add salt and black pepper to the salmon, applying generously on both sides.

6

Set the salmon aside to let it sit with the seasoning.

7

Cut baby potatoes into small pieces and place them on a sheet pan.

8

Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then toss to coat.

9

Add asparagus to the sheet pan, seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.

10

Bake the potatoes and asparagus in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.

11

Preheat the air fryer at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

12

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with a non-aerosol spray bottle.

13

Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, cooking at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway if not using a dual air fryer.

14

While the salmon cooks, prepare a sauce by melting butter in a pan, then adding 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp thyme, cooking on low heat.

15

Add 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/4 cup raw honey to the pan, mixing well.

16

Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into the sauce and add 1 tsp corn starch, whisking to combine.

17

Cook the sauce for 1 minute, adding a little salt to taste.

18

Once the veggies are done, start pre-plating by adding a few potatoes and frozen veggies to a plate.

19

Place a few pieces of asparagus on top of the veggies.

20

Check the salmon for doneness; the internal temperature should be between 130°F and 145°F.

21

If flaky, the salmon is ready; place it on top of the asparagus.

22

Drizzle the prepared sauce over the salmon and garnish with greens.

23

If desired, remove the skin from the salmon by peeling it off.
