1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon coriander powder
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder

10 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon salt
0.5 cup oil (for rice)
1 tablespoon sugar
0.5 cup water
0.5 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon fried onions (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
0.5 teaspoon powdered black pepper

Chop 2 onions.

Rinse 3 cups of rice and leave it in water for about 1.5 hours.

In a pot, add 0.5 cup of oil and heat it.

After 2 minutes, when the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and stir.

Add 1 kilo of chopped chicken thigh, 1.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, and 1 teaspoon ginger paste. Stir.

Close the lid and leave to cook for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the lid and stir.

Add 1 can of tomato puree, 0.5 teaspoon karahi masala, 0.5 teaspoon meat and vegetable masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder. Stir and close the lid, leaving to cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, remove the lid and stir. Add some sliced bell peppers, close the lid, and leave to cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

After 5 minutes, turn off the gas and set aside to prepare the rice.

In another pot, add 10 cups of boiling water and 1 tablespoon salt, then add the rice.

Close the lid and leave to cook for 5 minutes, then drain the rice.

In the same pot, add 0.5 cup of oil and 1 tablespoon sugar, and leave to caramelize until it turns brown.

Pour in 0.5 cup of water and add 0.5 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon fried onions (optional), and 1 teaspoon cumin powder. Stir.

Add the rice, leaving a bit for later to make it more colorful. Mix well, then add the rest of the rice.

Add 0.5 teaspoon powdered black pepper, poke some holes in the rice, cover with foil, and close the lid.

Cook for 5 minutes, then stir, and it will be ready to serve.
