minced meat 400 gms
National Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp
National Black Pepper 1 tsp
cilantro ¼ cup
egg 1
onions 150 gms
garlic 1 tsp
breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
ghee 2 tbsp
black lentils (half boiled) 2 cups
chickpeas 1 can
tomatoes (peeled) 500 gms
onions 200 gms
celery 150 gms
cinnamon powder ½ tsp
ghee ½ cup
National Vermicelli ½ packet
National Cumin powder 1 tsp
stock 700 ml
cilantro ¼ cup
National Chicken Masala (Murghi) ½ pack
tomato puree 1 cup

In a bowl add mince, garlic, onion, cilantro, National Himalayan Pink Salt, and National Black Pepper, and egg. Mix well and make round balls.

In a pan, add ghee and sauté the meatballs for a few minutes and remove.

In the same ghee, add onion, celery, canned chickpeas, tomatoes, and spices (National Chicken Masala (Murghi), National Cumin Powder, Cinnamon Powder).

Cover lightly over high heat until pressure is achieved and reduce to medium. Add the half-boiled lentils, tomato purée, meatballs, and stock.

Add vermicelli and cook.

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
