1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
150 grams beef or lamb meat
1 teaspoon arabic mixspice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 cup brown lentils

1 cup boiled chickpea
1/3 cup vermicelli
1/3 cup orzo
salt to taste

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onions and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in ginger and garlic paste, beef or lamb meat, arabic mixspice, black pepper, cumin powder, and paprika powder; cook until meat is browned.

Add brown lentils, celery, carrot, boiled chickpeas, and enough water to cover the ingredients; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender.

Stir in vermicelli and orzo; cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped coriander leaves and adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
