320 gm boneless red meat
1 ½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 celery stalk
½ tsp turmeric
1 ¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp red chili
1 cinnamon
¼ tsp saffron
1 chickpea can
½ cup soaked lentils
¾ cup fresh coriander
½ cup vermicelli
6 cups hot water
1 tsp salt
½ cup water
4 tbsp ap flour
¼ cup fresh coriander

Boil tomatoes in water for 5 minutes

Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl with ice water
