Melt 100 grams of white chocolate in the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half.

Melt 100 grams of dark chocolate in the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half.

Prepare a baking sheet with a Silpat or greaseproof paper.

Pour the melted white chocolate onto the baking sheet and spread it into a rectangular shape.

Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the baking sheet, creating slats on top of the white chocolate.

For the marbled effect, spread dark chocolate first, then add blobs of white chocolate and swirl with a toothpick.

Sprinkle crispy chocolatey balls over the chocolate mixture.

Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about ten minutes to begin setting.

After five minutes, lightly score the chocolate with a knife into triangle shapes.

Return the chocolate to the fridge for another ten minutes until completely set.
