How to Make Chocolate Bark | Candy Making

Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt dark chocolate and pour a thin layer onto the parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Spread the chocolate into a nice smooth layer using an offset spatula.

Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.

Break graham crackers into pieces and distribute them over the marshmallows.

Pour a little more melted chocolate over the top to glue everything together.

Add a few more mini marshmallows on top for decoration.

Sprinkle flaked sea salt over the chocolate bark for added flavor.

Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate is firm.

Once firm, break the chocolate bark into shards and enjoy.
