Pour the melted milk chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread it into a thin layer.

Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the milk chocolate layer.

Sprinkle peppermint over the top of the chocolate layers.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer to firm up the chocolate bark.

Once frozen, pick up the bark from the parchment paper and break it into pieces using hands or a knife.
