Peel the green plantain and green banana, using gloves to avoid staining.
Cut the plantain and banana into small pieces and place them in the blender.
Add half can of coconut cream milk and half cup of whole milk to the blender.
Blend for about 3 to 4 minutes until smooth.
In a large pot, add a little water and bring it to a boil.
Season the boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon, and grated nutmeg.
Pour the blended mixture into the boiling water and whisk it together.
Lower the flame and let it cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add more milk to adjust the thickness of the porridge as needed.
After about 20 minutes of cooking, add half can of sweet condensed milk to sweeten the porridge.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes before serving.
