Prepare the ingredients: chop the spring onions, onion, and garlic, and slice the spicy green chili pepper.

In a pot, heat the sesame seed oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the pork ribs and cook until browned.

Stir in the onion, spring onions, and spicy green chili pepper, and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the oyster mushrooms and continue to cook.

Sprinkle in the red chili pepper powder and mix well.

Pour in water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the extra soft tofu by breaking it into chunks and gently stirring it in.

Season with soup soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper.

Let it simmer for a few minutes before cracking the egg on top and cooking until the egg is set.
