Originating from Swiss Chalet, a Canadian restaurant chain, this dipping sauce is a beloved accompaniment to rotisserie chicken and fries. It embodies the comfort of Canadian cuisine, often enjoyed in family gatherings and casual dining. Today, it has gained popularity beyond the restaurant, with many recreating it at home for a taste of nostalgia.
