Hervir agua para cocinar los tortellinis, siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete (14 minutos, pero estar pendientes).
En una sartén, derretir 2 cucharadas de manteca margarina o mantequilla.
Añadir cebolla picada y cocinar a fuego bajo hasta que esté transparente.
Agregar los champiñones y cocinar hasta que suelten su jugo.
Añadir crema de leche y dejar hervir.
Disolver el cubito de caldo de carne en un poco de leche y añadir a la mezcla, revolviendo hasta que se disuelva por completo.
Disolver la cucharadita de maicena en otro poco de leche y agregar cuando la salsa comience a espesar.
Añadir los trozos de jamón y luego el queso, revolviendo hasta que se derrita.
Servir la salsa sobre los tortellinis.
