Slice 1/2 red bell pepper into strips and add to the baking dish.

Season the vegetables with salt and black pepper, mixing well.

Place 2 fillets of dorada skin-side down on top of the vegetables in the baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

While the fish is baking, slice 3 cloves of garlic into thick slices.

In a saucepan, heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium-high heat and add the sliced garlic.

Cook the garlic until it turns golden brown, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
