Recipe Information
Kaspressknödel
Schneide die Semmel- und Brotreste in größere Stücke.
Schneide die Zwiebel in kleinere Würfel.
Schwitze die Zwiebel mit etwas Butter in einer Pfanne an.
Gib die Zwiebel zu den Semmelwürfeln.
Übergieße das Ganze mit warmer Milch.
Lass die Mischung ungefähr zehn Minuten stehen.
Vermenge die Brotmasse mit Käse, 2 Eiern, Petersilie, Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat.
Forme mit feuchten Händen Knödel oder Laibchen.
Brate die Laibchen in einer Pfanne goldgelb an.
