Recipe Information
Italian Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers
Cut the yellow peppers in three quarters.
Stuff the peppers with a mixture of sausage, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and olive oil.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
