In a small container, combine 2 tablespoons of fine gochugaru, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of corn syrup, 1/2 tablespoon of tajida Korean beef stock powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper; mix well.

In a large pan, add 600 grams of rice cakes, fish cakes, green onions, and hard boiled eggs.

Pour the seasoning paste over the mixture and add 3 cups of water; make sure to get every last drop of the paste.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

After 30 minutes, check if the sauce has thickened and the rice cakes are cooked through; if so, plate the dish.
