Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 Celsius).
Melt 2.5 tablespoons of butter and let it cool to room temperature.
Grease and line a 6.5 by 6.5 inch (16 by 16 cm) container.
In a bowl, add 0.5 cup of almond flour, a pinch of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, 1.5 tablespoons of powdered sweetener, 0.25 cup of cream, the melted butter, and 1 egg.
Whisk all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter.
If not using a mold, add all the batter to your container, smooth it off, and bake for about 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Prepare the coffee by adding 1 teaspoon of coffee to a cup and mixing it with 150 ml of boiling water. Stir and set aside.
In a bowl, add mascarpone cheese, 0.25 cup of powdered sweetener, and 2 eggs at room temperature. Whisk until smooth.
Once the sponge cake has cooled, cut it in half sideways.
In the same container used for baking, add one half of the sponge cake and sprinkle the coffee liquid over it until it changes color, being careful not to soak it too much.
If using ladyfingers, dip each one quickly into the coffee and arrange them in the container to form the first layer.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the sponge cake layer, smoothing it out to cover completely.
Add the remaining sponge cake or ladyfingers, sprinkle with coffee or dip each quickly, and arrange in the container to form a second layer.
Add the last half of the mascarpone cream and smooth it out.
Sprinkle cocoa powder over the entire dish to cover it.
Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours or overnight.
