Add 2 cups flour, 1 egg, salt, 4 teaspoons turmeric powder, and 1.5 cups water to a blender.
Blend until it forms a thick paste and strain the batter.
Set the batter aside and prepare the filling.
In a hot pan, add jaggery and melt it.
Once melted, add 6 to 10 tablespoons sugar and mix gently.
Add crushed cardamom and a small piece of cinnamon stick to the mixture and mix well.
Add grated coconut and 1 tablespoon milk powder to the filling and mix well.
Using a spoon, add the batter to a hot pan and create a circle using the back of the spoon.
Add the filling to the crepe and roll it up.
