1

Prepare stuffing for momos by mixing 1 cup cabbage, 1 bowl carrot, 1 bowl onion, and 0.5 bowl bell pepper with 1 tablespoon salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.

2

Prepare the dough by mixing 200 grams flour, 1 tablespoon salt, 4 tablespoons milk, and 2 tablespoons refined oil, adding water gradually to make a soft dough.

3

Transfer the stuffing to a cotton cloth to remove excess water.

4

Add 2 tablespoons chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped ginger, and 2 tablespoons green chilies to the stuffing, along with 1 tablespoon salt and 2 tablespoons refined oil, and mix well.

5

Roll out small pieces of dough into thin circles, place 1 tablespoon of stuffing and cheese in the center, fold and seal the edges.

6

Grease a steamer with oil and place the momos inside, cover and steam until cooked.

7

For the chutney, boil 10-12 dried red chilies in water for 2 minutes, then add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

8

Remove the skin from the tomatoes, blend with the boiled red chilies to make a paste.

9

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil, add 2 tablespoons chopped garlic and ginger, and fry until golden.

10

Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, the tomato and red chili paste, salt to taste, and 1 tablespoon vinegar, mixing well and cooking for 1 more minute.
