Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a baking stone inside.
Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until puffed and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and cover with a cloth to keep warm.
