Gratin de Chou-Fleur ENTIER pas comme les autres (recette facile et rapide)

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.

Gradually whisk in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the sauce. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.

In a greased baking dish, layer the cauliflower florets and pour the cheese sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. If desired, add breadcrumbs for extra crunch.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
