150g daikon white radish

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cooking sake
180ml water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1/2 tsp hondashi powder
1.5 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sichuan peppercorn oil
1 tbsp potato starch

Prepare the daikon by peeling and cutting it into thin strips or small cubes.
