Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan & add eggs. Add salt & pepper powder. Mix well & make scrambled eggs or egg bhurji. Keep aside.

Add 1 tbs oil and add garlic & green chillies. Fry for 30 sec. Add spring onion white & sauté for a minute.

Add carrot & fry for 2 mins on medium flame.

Now add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, spring onion green, salt, soy sauce, vinegar & pepper powder. Mix everything well.
