Prepare the homemade tocino by marinating the pork shoulder with salt, ground black pepper, pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, liquid seasoning, food coloring or annatto powder, and crushed garlic. Let it marinate for a while.

Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the marinated tocino to the skillet and cook until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
